Problem Kustom DE300HD Head

Hi all,
I have purchased a used Kustom DE300HD head and last night the pre amp section - I assume - stopped working.
I turn on the head. I listen the fan running but the valve doesn't light on and I have no sound at all.

Any suggestions?

Sorry friend I wish I could help. I bought a DE-200 combo last year. I was so fired up because I always wanted a Deep End. I ordered on Musicgoround the next state over. I received a beat-up box with a smashed Kustom. I got it running but it was not salvageable. Too bad because it sounded really good. I returned it and now own a Kustom II Bass combo from late 70s, sounds even better but makes me mad...I was so close to owning the Deep End I used to drool over when I was broke. Hope you get it worked out!

I'd say try a new preamp tube before you totally give up.
