Problems in feedback system?

Is there anything wacky going on with the feedback system? The most recent feedback I submitted is flagged that I didn't submit a rating for the transaction, then yesterday I got feedback from a seller for something I didn't buy. In fact I'd just sold the same kind of item recently. That may have just been a mistake on the seller's part. Is there any way to submit a rating for a transaction without submitting an additional feedback, or is there a way to delete the first feedback and submit a new one making extra sure that the rating is set? It was an excellent transaction and I'd like to make sure the other guy gets the praise he deserves.

Which user are you trying to leave a rating for?

After looking around some more I'm wondering if there's something about the feedback system I'm just hadn't noticed before. I can see that any feedback left this month by me or others has that flag on it, while feedback left prior to December doesn't. Is there just something about the system that takes a while to update the feedback rating flag? I checked to see if it was just a browser issue at my end, but it behaves the same with IE6 and Firefox 2.0.0.19. If it's just something in the way the feedback functions I'll just leave it be.
And while I'm at it, thanks for all your work to make TalkBass such a great community. You and all the mods make this an outstanding place for bassists of all types.
