Not coming close to any other cars on a 2-lane road, not crossing lane lines. The real trick was trying to get an object that was hanging in the back to smack into the wall with the beat on the radio.

Lucky for me some busybody called into my boss and told him I was 'all over the road' so now I'm on unpaid leave pending the results of a drug screen (which won't be an issue). So thanks a lot lady. I hope it helps you sleep at night knowing that a guy who drives 30+ hours a week, who hasn't been in an accident or gotten a ticket since he was 18, is no longer menacing the turtles of the world.

Excuse me ... the OP stated that he was doing what the caller alleged. It's time to pay the piper. You're advocating that he take action against his employer for rewarding the stupid activity with a little time off. I think he got off easy.

But there's classic TB 'assume the worst' here on any details I didn't clarify. If there was oncoming traffic I smoothed the vehicle out and didn't mess around. Nor was I pushing the vehicle's limits. Getting stuff to swing well required fairly modest maneuvering. Turn the wheel a lot and stuff won't move much.

But it was dumb. Lesson learned.

I still dislike people who get off on causing needless drama.

Seems to me you caused the drama, coming in here and complaining about getting in trouble for silly, irresponsible behavior in a company vehicle. Did you really expect any positive, supportive responses?

Yep. When I was 18. And certainly never in a company vehicle while being PAID to drive. And I definitely never drove like a jack ass, got caught, then posted a thread on an internet forum complaining about the "Busy body" that turned me in. :rollno:

Sorry OP, another person who feels this is entirely your fault. Why not listen to songs you need to learn when you get bored? Or anything mildly constructive and not potentially causing of concern to your fellow drivers? You are really surprised that your weaving in the lane annoyed or alarmed someone??? Really?

This calls for unpaid leave, the kind where you are asked to leave and never ever come back.

Also OP, you say it was not dangerous. However, what you did shows that you are a terrible driver and probably don't possess the skills/capability to actually understand how bad you were driving. The roads are filled with incompetent drivers that think they are great skilled drivers.
