Program change Ableton to C4 synth

Hey guys,
We are trying to setup a system to send program changes from Ableton to the c4 synth pedal for our live-show. We have tried several connections and watched a lot of videos/read a lot of posts, but couldnt find the solution.
I guess you need the Neuro Desktop Editor but we cant figure out the connection to Ableton.
Does anyone have an idea or even the solution to this.

I’m not an Ableton user but it kinda looks like if you are going to use midi to change programs on the C4 you need a midi adaptor thing that C4 sells. I googled that on up pretty quick

I've seen a pretty confident reply under a post that stated, that it works with the midi adapter OR the desktop editor. So before I spend more money, I was hoping that it works that way. But if it is the only way, then i will buy the adapter
