I've recorded in Pro Studios using their TDM and then taken the tracks back to edit in my studio using PT Mpowered, then sent those tracks back to the engineer in the pro studio for final mixdown. No problem as far as PT is concerned.
The only issue you may face is getting the files from MAC to Windows. The easiest way is if they burn you a CD/DVD then you can import the files directly. Otherwise if you're using an external firewire drive there is a utility you can buy (name escapes me right now, but I can find it if you need) that will allow windows to see the mac file system on the external HD.
Lastly, make sure that the other studio knows you're going to need Windows compatibility. If they have an older version of PT, they will need to check the "compatible with Windows" check box when they create a new song/project.
