Put "LOCAL + city" in the title!

Pet peeve: Reading the entire text of an ad, thinking I might be interested, then the last sentence is "Local sale only."

Put that in your title so buyers don't waste time reading your ad! Even better, add the locale. Here's a perfect title:

Fenber Persicion, 1999, black/maple, local only Cleveland

Also if it's fretless, please put that in the title too, so 99% of us will know not to look.
