God, some of you are really gross. Don't ever look at your basses under a microscope with all the skeevy rancid crap you put on them!

I would go mineral oil or Fast Fret every time.

Now where's the fun in that?
Besides...ya wipe it down when you're done for the day don't ya?
The other microscopic mank and crud just dies off within minutes anyway when exposed to the air, unless you've got a really bad communicable/social disease. But even then...
