PYPB 37: In a row?

The DD-7 also has a built in tap tempo function, but like the echo park it requires that you hold the footswitch down for a couple of seconds to use it, which I just don't find practical when I need to adjust it on the fly. I believe the flashback uses your audio signal to set the tempo: you hold the switch down and literally tap your strings - in other words not an option to use mid-song.

Not true, echo park has a switch that you tap lightly for tempo and press harder to turn pedal on/off. Should be easy once you get the hang of it. You can tap tempo when it's off too.

Some killer pedal choices!

I assume the only difference in the SFT's is the graphics? Saw the MKII and wondered if I need to check it out... Love my SFT!

Also, what do you think of the Cream Pie? I've got one too and while I dig the sound, nothing seems to happen until about 3:00 on the gain knob (I've read that's where things happen with bass though).

5sg

hmmm. depends what you are trying to drive? but yeah, its real subtle OD, more of a dirty boost. i have mine about 11 ish gain. love it with a jazz bass

What I'm rocking at the moment. Stil super impressed with The Caprid. Its just a beast. Its a couple weeks before my band has a show again, but my guess is I'll take one of the fuzz's one prior to that point.

I'll I'm really waiting on is my Randy's Revenge which will hopefully be shipping soon.

The Caprid is BIG...hopefully the sound is proportional :)

Interesting placement of the PN-2. I'd've thought it'd be later in the chain. But I guess they're versatile that way.

My one complaint is the size of the pedal ... It is way to big which is probably why it wont gigged very often. Other than that, I'm really impressed with it. Picked it up thinking I wouldn't have much of a problem flipping it but looks like I wont have too.

My signal chain is a little confusing if you just look at the board, but it goes ...

Tuner -> OC2 ->BMS -> SUF Civil War -> Caprid -> VB2 -> Red Witch Phaser -> PN2 -> Ghost Disaster -> DL4

i like it! sick! :hyper:

Hey guys. I've been around ILF more recently, and TGP a while back, but I figured it's time to join here too.

Lots of this gear is going soon, so this picture is somewhat outdated (no Space, Rainbow Machine, or Bit Commander) but I'm excited for the soon-to-be-updated rig. I mainly use this with guitar, but it sounds gnarly on bass too.

Do you have the kaoss pad always on the signal chain? How's the sound?
