Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation of a good tuner. I currently have the Korg DTR1000 rack tuner but I'm not happy with it because it has trouble tuning by low A string. Im down to switch to a pedal tuner but I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge or preference of Tuners to accurately tune those low notes. Thanks guys!

Turbo Tuner!!! I play guitar and have to flip back and forth between standard and open G tunings during gigs, the Turbo Tuner holds it down and is more accurate than the Korg Pitchblack it replaced. Works on my bass too.

Tuners very Greatly in accuracy. Check the manufacturers' specs. If they don't list the accuracy - don't bother.

They range from the TU2 at +/- 3 cents (!) to the most accurate tuners at +/- just a few hundredths of 1 cent.

A Huge difference.

Also, the more accurate, and by implication, higher quality tuners tend to track notes more accurately.
