Question about a New Bass (Warwick Corvette Bubinga 6 String)

@fermata At home I definitely play in a chair, but I'd like to stand with the rest of my band members when we play together!

UPDATE (for anyone reading this thread in the future who may be in a similar position as me)
Got a padded 3" strap off of Amazon for 19$, and the Corvette feels half the weight, seriously. I didn't think I would notice a big difference, but it feels lighter than my old 8lb bass with a guitar strap!
(Also got the Neotech 4" out for delivery right now... let's see if that one is even better!)

@DiabolusInMusic Will I ever get used to the weight? Or is it something that's gonna bother me more and more as time goes on?

It’s 3 years later do you still have your boat anchor ???
