Hey guys, with all the covid stuff happening I've been doing a lot of DIY stuff (just built a new fuzz pedal, practicing drums alongside bass with a new e-kit), and wanted to mod my Markbass CMD102p. There's a lot of hiss that comes from it and from what I've read on here it's due to the Piezo tweeter which can be swapped out for a Monacor HT-30 for like $30. I was trying to open up the cabinet just to poke around and see what it's like but I'm not sure how to get it open. I took off the front grill and unscrewed the tweeter, and then unscrewed the amp from the cab itself but there's two blocks that are stopping it from sliding out and was unsure if I was going about opening it up correctly.
Any help/advice to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
