Question regarding the VT500 Bass Amp

I recently bought a VT500 Bass Amp, and I'm seriously confused about how should I connect my two 8 ohm speakers to it.

The amp has 2 speakon outputs in the back. Does that means that I need to connect each of my cabs to these outputs? Will there be any difference in power/ohmage if I connect the two cabs togheter, and then one of them to the amp?

Any help would be really appreciated.

You can plug each of your 8 ohm cabinets to a speakon - or you can plug the head into your first cab, then from that cab to the second cab (daisy-chaining). No real difference - the vt500 will be fine eaither way. In fact - a lot of heads nowadays only have one speakon out and require you to daisy chain.
