Hi Akito.I have major GAS for a Bolin NS but have never played one.Do they sound as good as they look?

YES... at least this one does. I've never had a chance to play another one. I've only been playing fretless for a short while, and that bass makes the transition seem much easier than I would have ever hoped. It has a big tone that sits perfectly in a band mix. I've used the fretless with 2 of the three groups I am playing with right now, and I am scared to bring it out with the 3rd because the other two practically won't let me play anything else after hearing the Bolin. To me that seems like a pretty good endorsement for an instrument!
I really, really, like the valenti as well (thanks west coast bass). It's a superb all around gigging/recording bass.

Hey Akito,
Nice job with the knobs. Your SKB 3006 is still one of my favorite custom projects that I've done...that one REALLY turned out nice! The knobs are a sweet touch to tie the theme of the bass together. ;)
Thanks man! And thanks for everything during the process of ordering to receiving the bass. You are the best!
