quick ishibashi question

i'm about to order a 75 ri jazz bass from ishibashi and at the secure credit card page, what does 'installment' mean? I guess it's the amount to pay them, but is it in yen? Help would be appreciated. Thanks folks!
That would suck. Entering what you think is Yen and turns out to be dollars, although if things keep up we may be at $1 = 1 Yen.

I asked this question as well somewhere but didnt get any replies so i emailed Ishibashi.The reply i got was that overseas customers should leave the box blank or with just 1 in it.
For us Americans ordering from Ishibashi, right now with the dollar in the toilet its alot more expensive, compared to a few months ago.

I haven't seen the page in question, but here in Japan credit cards work a little differently. You can choose to make a one-time payment, pay in 2 or 3 installments, or use revolving credit (like most US cards would work), and you say which way you want to do each purchase at the time of purchase. This is a non-issue for American buyers, credit cards don't work that way for you, so I think the advice to just leave it blank is probably best. If you're really unsure/worried, email me or post a jpg of the section you're talking about and I'll take a look.

What he said is correct but you need to put a "1" in the box. You are paying in 1 installment i.e. you are paying the full amount rather than breaking it up into several payments. I had the same question when I ordered from Ishibashi in June.
also call the bank who issues your card too before you place the order to give them a heads up that there is going to be a high dollar amount charged from japan.. My bank gave ishi a hard time to run the card.

How much, (ballpark) does Ishibashi charge to ship a bass to the states? I'm thinking about snaggin' a Jag in 3TS.
That is exceedingly hawt! My CAR Skyline DJ4 is a lighter red, and has a smaller body, but otherwise looks pretty similar.hah, no pics just yet, but this is what I've ordered...sexy!
