Yup Enfield.

I played the 6 a while back and it is pretty amazing. With those pickups you can config them in any pattern imaginable, 2 J's, 1 J 1 MM, a P two P's, p and j, m and p, p and m... even PB and J. The led's let you know what config you have set.

All of the knobs are stacked, btw.

LOL!! I have a feeling that I've owned two of the basses in your photos!! I would have to ask a fellow TB'er but I owned that purple Alembic Elan and the Taylor Acoustic bass.

The Alembic was sweet. I needed a 5'er so I sold it off. I had the Taylor for about a week in a trade deal with the Alembic. It was AWESOME!! huge and easy to play. But I ditched it because I can't justify my best bass being an acoustic.

Looks like a well run business. Basses can be so much like art. I wish I had a few display pieces.

EDIT*** that is not the Taylor but had one just like it for a week and that is the Elan!! It looks so pretty

Yeah. According to "the Far Side" you probably only get to LOOK at basses since the only instruments you are allowed to PLAY in hell are the banjo and accordion!

As a 4 string only guy, I usually get left in the dark with a lot of exotic high end basses, but he has quite a few 4's in stock that I'd love to get my hands on. That Eshenbaugh is killin' me!!!! Did you play that one?

I own that 6 string Enfield and it is mind boggling , the best playing and sounding bass ever. There are literally DOZENS of tones. I am going in for a 5 string I think, maybe even a 4....HELP ME
