Quitting smoking

I use a Volt, and clean the cartos when I switch flavours or they taste burnt. Not sure about attys. I could check with my BIL, he uses an Ego-t.
Good for you - I quit two years ago using the ecig. Nothing else worked for me, but the ecig made it easy for this pack a day smoker. Now I can go jogging withough getting out of breath, I don't stink, and most importantly, I am not harming myself or others.
I suggest the cartomizers over the tank system, the cartos are much easier to deal with and work better.

The majority of video reviews say the tank is fantastic. I guess I'll know soon enough. The huge usb passthrough batteries sold me on it.
WOW, times have changed since the choices were the "patch" or walking off. I actually have never heard of 3/4 of these things.
Realistically I just treated it like any other drug & the kick for me was just 3 days (I wasn't a big smoker anyway; I only had roll-your-own). But I started later in life (I think 26yrs old) and that may have something to do with it. Quitting as individual as people in my opinion. Whatever works. If I had to do it again I would certainly experiment with all those things because that patch didn't do anything for me.
Frankly I tried one (a store bought) quite a few months back and honestly hated the taste; it didn't taste like tobacco. I was told that the companies put so much crap in the cigarette that it's a great deal of chemicals anyway.
When I used to get those roll-your-own they smelled and tasted like tobacco (like a cigar smells unlit). Supposedly the companies use a variety of chemicals to make for a more effective nicotine delivery system. The raw tobacco doesn't keep on burning either; store bought's keep on burning. That might be why it's seems cigar/pipe smokers don't always smoke the way cigarette smokers do.

oh yes ... In addition to the gum I bought a bottle of 35 year old Scotch and told myself "you can't smoke until you've paid for this from the money you've saved" 
Another vaper here. I quit cigarettes after smoking for 20+ year and failing to quit a few times. Sure I still use nicotine but I'm okay with that for now. I started vaping about a year and a half ago and love it.
Maybe you will have better luck with it than I did - mine leaked all the time and didn't make much vapor.
The good news is that you can easily switch to cartos on the Ego if you don't like the tank - try the low voltage dual coil mega cartos - best vapor production on anything I have tried in two + years, and they cost like $2.50.
I've done a lot of research on leaking tanks and have found a solution. But I also just ordered some megacarto's in case.
