There is a good video where some guy is trying to play QWOP and the commentary is fairly hilarious.
My friend finished it once using the "sort of fall over and derp along the ground for 100m" tactic. It took about 10 minutes to get the whole way. I got to 70 something with an actual running technique on the same day, but haven't ever finished it myself.

Just got 21.5 meters of straight up legit running! I actully feel like I'm getting the hang of it, but it was probably a fluke.
I have found that alternation between W+O then Q+P seems to be how to get actual running motion going on.
