Dude, he was such a tight drummer, he and Dime really had that locked in guitar/drum rhythm thing going way before anyone else popularised it... Of course everyone does it now but they rocked so hard and had that greasy groove. He will be missed but on a positive note he will be remembered for his contribution to music.

He knew the power of economy as well.
He was stripping down beats to their basic ingredients long before anyone else thought of it.

I'll never forget seeing Pantera live at Red Rocks amphitheater years ago - such a brutal sound and an excellent performance.
