Radius-ed J bass pickups (relentless)

As a test you can buy some small neo magnet 'dots' and stack them on your existing magnets.
This solution sounds like it should work. If so, it would allow someone to adjust the individual pole piece heights of just about any pickup model.

I took a quick measurement of the poles on a Seymour Duncan set I have handy and they look to have a diameter of about 7mm. A pack of 1mm thick magnets would probably do the job nicely...not too thick, but one could add a second disc if more height was needed.

In my case, half of my necks have a vintage-style, 7.25" radius, while the other half has a 9.5" radius, so I could easily make this adjustment to all of them with a 50-pack. I may have to get myself a set just to experiment for funsies. (There are cheaper sets available overseas, but for some reason...probably because of something that kinda rhymes with "sheriff"...the shipping costs are suddenly much higher.:rolleyes:)
