Rate my bass

The coil that picks up the D & G strings appears to be sunken down in the left side of the pickup cover.
It may need a new spring.

Rating?
Fix the pickup & remove the sticker from the 5th fret, and I'll rate it a solid 5.

My second bass was a black 5 string Sammick. It played fairly good, but I never did like the tone I got out of it. That was late 90s. My tastes then aren't what they are now. So maybe if I played it today Id have liked that tone. I was just a teenager playing grunge and hard rock stuff. So I didnt know what I didnt know. Now I'm late 30s and I guess I can still say the same. I remember I liked the neck on mine alot. The tone just sounded muddy to me.
