RB Legacy Heads Video - Out Now

Wow that sounds good! I Wonder about the recording chain/post processing stuff? The cleanest samples had presence and attitude…the dirty samples…filthy!
Its %70 / %30 - DI / Miking

I’m hoping to check whether it has a lower noise floor than the Legacy 800. In the studio the hiss was unfortunately too high and made it unusable as a recording head. I liked the sound in general but the well reported hiss was too much when micing a cabinet

Intresting....I have had zero issue miking with Legacy, I will admit though I tend to use the 400RB more for those type of applications.

Wow. That does sound good. (as if y'all needed my comment to confirm).

My only gripe is the .. (bizarre) E-drum 'pattern' in the "Reggae Dub" example. Not exactly what comes to mind when I think Reggae (or Dub FTM). 🤔

But yea, the Bass Toanz were Pret-tey, Pret-tey dang tasty.
