(Re)Fitting badass V bridge

Do not dowel the holes. Badass are drilled specifically for Fender. So a simple swap of bridges changes nothing.
true for the 4s, not remotely true for the 5s, especially the mexis and imports. luckily this one had comparable saddle spacing and worked out pretty well.
 
as for the G, loosen the 4 neck screws a quarter-turn, pull the neck over until the strings are dead even from each edge, re-tighten; no big deal, you don't even want to de-tune for this tweak.

Thanks for the tip. Glad I looked, as 3 out of the 4 screws were loose, possibly from the "tech" when he originally fitted the bridge.... This bass was always my "reserve" bass, so never really played it after getting it back from him to notice. Anyway, the bass is good to go now, so once again, thanks guys!
