Re-TOlex in New England???

Does anyone know of someone who will remove existing tolex and replace with new in New England, preferably southern NE or eastern NY. Been trying to find a Blonde neo Fender cab for some time (either 1x15 or 410) with no success. I'm thinking of getting a black one and having the tolex replaced. A shame to remove perfectly good tolex but a blonde one seems in short supply. PM me or respond here

It's possible that you could reach out to RevSound or Nomad and ask them. Both are cabinet makers, but you could Ask. Nomad is fairly new. I claim no affiliation with either. I've done a couple cabinets but I was an upholsterer as a young man.

Don Barry of Greenboy Audio does great work. Not sure if he does non-Greenboy projects.

Also I forgot that Neal Johnson of Neel cabs does retolexing. He did a friend's Trace Elliot. Probably best to find Neal through FB. A lot of people in Boston have his cabs.

Another possibility that might be near you is Bell audio Labs in Brookfield. Not his field, but he repairs vintage amps, and shares space with Hot Rod Guitars, a custom builder. They may be able to point you in the right direction.

I didn't pursue it, though I still might in the future.
