Warwick Streamer Standard, should have wenge neck and fretboard (looks like wenge). Could be that the wenge necks were phased out in favour to ovangkol (serial hints at july 2001, so a very late model).
It's a sort of entry-level streamer. Not a SS1, not a SS2, nor a LX. The body is not contoured and made of caronela, it's a bolt-on, early precursor to the rockbass range. The pickups look like original MEC passive, with a added after-market preamp (as stated). That looks like the genuine article, and the description looks correct.
