Reason for being here

I'm in the middle of writing an essay for an American history class and after writing each page I find myself back here to take a little break and get a fresh start on the paper. So my question is, what do you use TB to escape from? Work? Homework(like me)? Anything at all?

TB is not an escape for me. I come here to learn about bass. Along the way, I found the OT forum. I like to think I have made a couple "friends" here, so I check in frequently to see what my "friends" are up to.

I use it almost everyday. Sometimes for questions about basses and amps, other times i just reply to posts in the off topic. I guess an escape from being bored on the internet.

I feel the same way. There should be some kind of bass-knowledge related class I can register for. After 5 years here I couldn't fit everything I've learned into a novel.

I have to get back to work now. Which I still think is posting here. I'll have to have a talk with my boss, because if I'm not supposed to be doing this, then we really need to renegotiate my salary to compensate me.
