Does anyone out there own a Rebel Relic bass? I played one of these basses at the Chicago Music Exchange.

1600 bucks... I was told they are as nice as the Nash basses. The tone was killer I will admit, and weighed in at around 7-8 lbs about like my Sadowsky. I just havent heard of this brand before.

Google "Rebelrelic" one word. I believe they are closer to $2000 US Dollars.Man they look great!

Needs a matching headstock, IMO.

Really nice, regardless. If you've got the dough and you like how it plays, pick one up.

I am really gassing for that bass, I have been wanting a 70's style jazz in dark green.

I know... When I played it I was like ***?? This thing sounds amazing and weighs nothing. The best part about it is that it actually feels like an old bass. Im just torn between the Potaflex SB112 and this bass. Im trading in a 69 Ludwig black panther kit. I really am torn.

I have a RebelRelic P bass, built to 1964 specs. Great bass, great tone, nice weight! As good as any CS bass but for half the price.
