reccomend me a combo!

my first amp broke last week. (RIP) its too cheap to get fixed so im gettingit replaced. i have an amazing electric bass which i love (EBMM bongo4 H) and now i need a good combo amp to go along with it. i dont play for any audience yet so i dont need anything too big. i jam with a drummer regularly and hes a little nuts so it DOES have to be loud. preferably something small, not over 50-60 pounds that packs alot of punch. i have about a 500ca$ budget.

reccomendations?

There's plenty of combo amps to choose from, so I'll just give you some size recomendations. A 15" spkr is a good starting point, as well as 150 watts as a base. You may like a 2x10 instead, but in my expirience, most 1x15's seem louder. (very general rule). Peavey, SWR, Ampeg, and even the new Acoustic amps are all solid performers. There are many more, so just try a bunch out, and have fun with the search.
