Recomendations?

Hi, I'm going to make my first buy, and I'm not an expert in pedals, so I wanted a few recommendations on what multi-effect or pedals are good quality. I want a pedal that includes the basics: distortions, delay, reverb etc. My budget is a max of 400$.

Any suggestions?

are you looking for something that can be used as a preamp? are you looking for amp modeling as well as effects?

You need to tell us what type of sound you're going for, what type of music you play, etc.

A good gain pedal (overdrive, fuzz, distortion), and one or two modulation effects (chorus, flanger, etc) should have you covered as a start. I'd throw in an EQ/DI if you want more control of your tone or to be used as a preamp (Sansamp, MXR Bass DI, etc)
