Recommend a head under $500

I seem to remember (from the GB thread) that all warranty work will be covered by the buying company after the sale. I think it may be a law, but not sure. Anyway, it was addressed by the Genz Benz guy himself. I would grab one.

There is no sale. Fender already covers Genz warranty. agedhorse here on TB also works on Genz equipment at his shop both in and out of warranty. Dealing with him is a pleasure.

I just got the TC Electronics BH250. I use it to power my Peavey 115 cab. It's a pretty decent head for the price. It's listed at $300 but I got mine new online for $200. Sounds like it's got all you need. I have not really messed around with the toneprint feature yet but it seems cool. Good luck.....

Thanks to be honest I would really only be using the toneprint feature for the compressors, but I might make use of the other stuff.

Not really sure what's out there, but I'm thinking you're going to have to accept some quality compromises to get all that in one package at that price. A good compressor by itself is going to run you $200.

If it were me, I'd look at something like a used GK MB200. Then I'd have enough money left over to buy something like a Boss M87, a Diamond Bass Compressor, or an Empress Compressor. And get a clip-on tuner for cheap.
