Recommend a low priced 5 string for backup

I have found myself exclusively playing my 5 string fender Jazz ever since i got it about 3 months ago. My fours feel strange and limited when I pick them up now (although, they do play a lot FASTER haha!)

I have come to the realization that I require a backup 5 'er for gigs. So what do you guys recommend for BELOW $200?

A new SX natural 75 RI 5er, A Used Squire J-Bass, Or maybe an Ibanez? from CL?

Thanks

For that price, check out the ESP Ltd. B-55. The tone won't blow your mind, but the playability is great and truly outstanding for the price.

I tried one at Accent Music in Wilmington, but haven't seen one there in a while. You could try West Chester Music too, which I believe carries ESP. You should pay them a visit anyway, because they often have a decent selection of used basses.

Yeah, I work on 202 really close to that Accent shop. I generally dislike it for basses, but every so often they have something worthwhile. West Chester Music blows it away, and is one of the best guitar shops in the entire Philly metro area. It's great for basses, and spectacular for guitars.

If you can make it up to Bensalem, PA, check out Bass Specialties. He doesn't have many budget models, but it's worth a trip regardless.

I've been REALLY wanting to go to Bass Specialties ever since I found out about it!

Getting ready to head over to DS music in Newark now. The BEST set up and repair shop around. Gonna see what they 'll give me for one of my fours and a multi effect to see if I can get enough cash to fund the b/u 5
