Recommend an overdrive that meet these critieria?

as much bottom end as you want.. bit pricey but hey

I love DHA products as well, but it misses most of the op's requirements! The VT2 Twin eq is big, very expensive & probably the special power requirements would steer the op away as well!

Check out the HomeBrew Electronics Hematoma. I had one and liked it a lot, but it was just slightly too mid-humped for my needs. My guitarist dubbed the Hema with the boost dimed into my VT set for mild OD grit "The Killdozer," if that gives you an idea of how mean it will get.

I will give a second vote to the Hematoma and might be looking for a used one again soon. There use to be a thread here with side by side audio samples of the Bassdrive and Hematoma and the HBE won my ear.

I think many will agree with me.

I used to have a Fulltone Bassdrive too, sold it, got a Xotic Bass BB, end of story. All the sound, NO bass loss and EQ works great, plus it's a "regular" sized pedal.

I do really wanna try an OCD, have heard great things about them. The Tone control seems intriguing.
