Recommend me a vocal fx processor!

I'm looking at buying a vocal fx processor. Being the lead singer for my band and bassist I need some fx to deepen the dry signal of my voice. Currently all I do is add some reverd, a Roland digital reverb from a 90's rack unit which isn't that great. A multi fx processor would be great, but not something too elaborate though. Some decent reverb (don't need a gazillion different types), a good delay, chorus and a harmonizer or something like it. I would be keeping the fx as an addition and not as neccesity per sé.

Any ideas?

I only recall ever seeing a model by Digitech that went on the floor like a guitar or bass processor, but if all you wanted out of it was some reverb it might be more than youre looking for...
