Recommended Combos?

Hey guys

My price range is 100 - 200 pounds, maybe a little more (230) if i can get a good deal.

I currently have a 20 watt combo, and I would like a step up, but still a combo, probably around 100 - 200 watts of power, and still a nice tone available.

I've been looking at GAK and have seen these amps that are in my price range and look pretty good.

Behringer Ultrabass BX1200

Gallien-Krueger Backline 112

Please help me decide which is the best one, or suggest some others.

Thanks alot

Mike

Hey fellow Brit.

The few questions we need to know:

How loud do you need to be? (Home practice or heavy metal band?)

What kind of bass sound do you like?

New or used?
Hey fellow brit also ;)

I like a low end but cutting sound...

This amp will be for small venue gigs and band practice, not home practice.

And I'd like new.
