Hi, I just get my Darkglass Alpha Omega Photon yesterday and I was just about to delve deep into this pedal (which already sounds great out of the box) when I realized if it is possible to record the dry and wet signals with Photon through a USB interface (I currently have Audient ID4). My questions are:
If I want to record both dry & wet signals simultaneously, does it mean that my routing will go like this:
- bass --> Photon input
- Photon direct output (for the dry / DI signal) --> input 1 of my Audient
- Photon balanced output (for the wet / processed signal) --> input 2 of my Audient
- Audient output --> monitor speaker
or if it is not possible that way, does it mean that I have to get a Re-amp box to be able to get the dry and wet signal?
