Recording two tracks at the same time

I am using nuendo, can I record a clean track and other with a sadowsky preamp recording both tracks at the same time??

The Nuendo is capable of recording multiple tracks. The issue is that you need separate inputs into the your computer for the different signal lines. You also need some way to split the output of your instrument. One side of the split stays clean, the other side goes to your preamp. The clean from the instrument goes straight into your computer. Then, the output of the preamp goes into the computer.
