Replacement 15" for Powerhouse Cab

I have heard that both the L and the B can work in the 606s.
Going from an L to a B will loose about an octive on top and
at least in theory, gain most of an octive of bottom.
It may be that to really benefit from the extra bottom
the cab and tuning would need to be larger and tuned lower.

The only rebuild kits left are for Bs, with the 400W VC.

3015s might be a better way to go, EVs can be reconed a lot cheaper
and may be enough more sensitive to be louder with lower wattage.

I've used the stamped frame DELTA-15LFA and KAPPA-15LFA in several cabinets with good results. The LEGEND CB158, DELTA PRO-15A and KAPPA PRO-15 would be cast frame equivalents.

Warehouse Guitar Speakers https://wgs4.com/content/15-BG also makes a great cast frame 15" for bass, the 15" BG15C. I've had a pair of them in an old Fender Bassman cabinet for years with good results.

sounds like a decent speaker, appreciate any advice here

are these wgs speakers ok for a smallish 2-2.25cf ported cab? such as a 200s sunn or would the cb158 be better for hard rock modern rock rig with an svt classic running 2 of them
