Replacement neck for Fender CS postmodern precision

For various reasons I need another neck for my Fender custom shop postmodern precision. The bass has a jazz neck which I wish to continue, but the problem I have is that the neck has a five screw fit and the is not the usual Fender shape where it attaches to the body. I do not mind if it is not a Fender neck, indeed since I am in New Zealand it is considerably easier to look at after market or Fender licensed manufacturer rather than approach Fender directly. My problem is that, given the unusual attachment, I am unsure as to what to request, who to approach, and exactly what to ask for given that this may be a one off design. Has anyone replaced one of these necks before or know where I can get one with the correct fitting?

Fender American Deluxe and American Ultra necks are five bolt. Would one of those fit?

Update : problem solved without needing a new neck. Amazing what a refret and setup from a top luthier can do. Plays better than new now. Incidentally, it is a four screw neck but the screws are in different places.
