I want a new neck for my jaguar, I simply don't like it, and it's got a big ding in it. And I personally LOVE the necks on fender american standard jazz (maple frets). Would it fit, and where can I get one?

I have dealt with a big ebay seller called the The Stratosphere that sells alot of of fender parts. If you must have a Fender part - they have it.

Also, consider a custom neck by Warmoth. I have a MIM jazz with a Warmoth neck and its awsome.

Fender doesn't mind them selling all those Fender necks?
It's not Fender's call if he just buys a bunch of already built Fenders, disassembles them and then sells the parts separately. Once you pay for an instrument or fifty, you can do what you want with them.
It should fit the pocket fine, but the holes might not line up perfectly. Whenever you buy a neck for a body, you should expect to have to have it dowelled and redrilled to fit the body. If it isn't necessary, even better.
