Replacement neck for Peavey Foundation

(mods-I'm not sure if this is in the right forum; please accept my apologies if it's not)

I have a Peavey Foundation bass (I think it's from the 80's) with a de-fretted neck. I want to find a fretted replacement neck, but I'm pretty sure a standard Fender neck won't fit and I don't know if there are any commercial aftermarket necks that will fit. Does anyone know of an aftermarket neck that will fit? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Need number of frets, and dimensions of the neck....e.g. width at Nut and Width at last fret, this gives you a start. There are many Peavey sales on Ebay, you can have the neck re-fretted, or get a new neck made. You can also contact Peavey and ask about getting a replacement neck.

I inquired here on TB about having it re-fretted, and just about everyone said that it was better to get a replacement. I probably didn't mention that it would be difficult to find a replacement, so I may need to re-consider.

I would actually prefer to keep this neck - it is in great shape, and I love the way it feels. I'll look into having it done locally.

You can get an aftermarket neck to fit just about anything if you actually know where to look beyond Fender replacement....LMAO...there is a whole world of aftermarket out there.
