Replacement pickguard for 1982 SQ Squier?

Anyone have any idea if finding a pick-guard to fit 1982 SQ Squier will be difficult task without drilling new holes? I'm doubtful that a modern standard pick guard would do the trick but please enlighten me?

Plenty of replacement places available. Worst case, you ship them your guard and they make an exact copy.

Pickguardian and WD Custom come to mind as two options. Looks like a std P pickguard to me though.
