Replacement pickups for Washburn XB400

Hi all.
I recently bought a used Washburn XB400. It plays really great, only problem is, the tone sucks a bit when I put it against the Schecter Custom P bass with Bill Lawrence EB60's. sometimes I like to change basses during a gig, or break a string, don't want to have to change the whole tone setup on the amp. Does anyone have any recommendations for active pickup (and tone circuit) changes? I've looked at the Seymour Duncan Basslines AS-BO-4 or maybe Bartolinis or EMG?
