I have an LTD B305 bass with emg hz's in it whitch i find are horrible comparred to some of my other basses. Im looking to upgrade the pickups and the pre-amp and am looking for some suggestions. I was planning on an audere pre as i have used it before and was very happy. The pickups im considering are the seymour duncan NYC passive phase II, the aguuilar super singles and the nordstrand dc 5. Just wondering if anyone has suggestion, comments or opinions. I play with a pick and mostly play hard rock/metal
