Replacement Pups for Fender Jaguar Deluxe?

I'm looking at either Seymour Duncan quarter pounders or a Fender CS 60's set to replace the stock units in my Jaguar bass. Does anyone have any experience with these replacements (or any others) in this bass? Any firsthand experience, sound clips, or recommendations would be awesome!

the 60s are cool, but they have a much lower output and a tubbier sound than your stock jaguar pickups, i use my friends jaguar to record sometimes and it's definitely a different vibe than my vintage mij jazz, the quarter pounders are hot pickups, but haven't tried them

No one who's actually heard CS 60s could call them tubby sounding. Maybe you meant the Quarter Pounders?
Anyhow, these are really different sounding pickups. The 60s are warm and articulate while the QPs will have more extended lows and highs with slightly reduced mid range.
It might be best for you to determine what sound your looking for? Then we can help you track down some candidates.

Ive had both sets of pickups in my jazz bass and Grissle's description pretty much nails it. But yeah, let us know what kind of tone you're going for and we can go from there!

I'm looking for a warm sound that's articulate when playing with my fingers but can really "bite" when I open the tone pot up a bit (that "bite" is especially important when I'm playing with a pick). I'd also like for them to sound really good when solo'd on just the neck or bridge, which I don't think the stock Jaguar pups do.

I mostly play indie/alternative rock, classic rock, worship music, acoustic tunes, and some jazz. Hope this helped a little bit!

I'd go for the Fender CS 60s then.
