Replacing Bartolini MK-1 Pickups and Bartolini MK-1 EQ

I know I am bumping an old thread but I’m looking at different options for replacing MK1 pickups in a Cort B5FL and the only options I could find that are the correct size are the US barts in MK sizing but even those have two holes on the bass side instead of one. How difficult is it to drill new holes when replacing the MK1 pickups? Anyone have experience with this care to chime in? Just wondering if I can do it myself or if I’m going to be better paying a luthier. I am also still trying to decide if I want to replace the pick ups or just do the pre amp. I definitely want to do the pre amp as I want a proper active/passive switch and to resolve the noise that the treble knob creates

Just screw them in. No need to drill. At least that's what I did when I had the MK1's on my Ibanez SRF705 replaced with the MK5CBC pair.

But, I reverted them back to the MK1's few years later, cause to my ears they sound more suitable for the kind of fretless sound I'm after, as opposed to more boomy sounding that came out from the MK5CBC's.
