Replacing Lakland PUs and Electronics with Nordstrand all-passive system?

Well..... I'm always thinking a lot .. And this time, it came on my mind, i could change electronics in my lakland, since i only use PASSIVE mode all the time, i just like it better. What do you think about putting Nordstrands in? Would i get some nice vintage tone out of it? The bass is Lakland 55-02 deluxe 2008

Someone here did it with a 55-01.

Yeah, there have been several swaps on 55-01, but 55-02 uses Lakland USA electronics, thats why i wonder, if i could get any plus on sound of passive magnets from Nordstrand.
