Restoring an Ibanez Roadstar II series

Dear people,
I'm going to clean and repair this Ibanez Roadstar II.
Few questions:
  • How to clean this bare wood? My guess would be naphta.
  • One tuner is bend, but still functions. Can you bend it back, or better leave it? I can also replace them with GOTOH's
  • Vertical crack in the head: just apply woodglue and tighten?
