Returning octavix pedal, looking for compressor

Hi, I ordered the EHX Octavix because I thought it would be a cool octave up+ fuzz to have in a power trio setting( to thicken the sound during guitar solo's) but the tracking is horrible and everything on the low E sounds like a clipping mess with sudden substain cut-offs.
So I,m returning it.

But instead of money back I might pick another pedal.

I Already have a zoom b3 and through that pedal I found the magic of what compression can do for your bass sound.
Is there a recommended compression pedal that does the job better than the zoom b3 for around 100 euro?

Here's what I recommend in that price range:

I wouldn't necessarily say they are better than the B3. I haven't tested the B3 yet myself, but its compressors have gotten a lot of positive comments from B3 users.

There are many cheaper pedals in their catalog, but I don't necessarily recommend them unless you have to go cheaper.
