I went to put strap locks on my Ric the other day and noticed that the original Ric posts don't have the screw running through them like other basses. How do you take them off to screw in new Strap lock posts? Or is their a better way to do it?

Old Rics don't have the schaller buttons, but you should be able to order them from Rickenbacker and they should fit just fine.
