Many write him off as a lightweight, but I was pleasantly surprised by what he pulled out…coulda been straight outta my collection…


I had a lot more respect for him after that confessional part of the Sound City film, where he owns up to his career mistakes, and he was perfect in Rikki and the Flash

I used to work at the old location just a few blocks away, so if a segment pops up that I find interesting, and if the particular artist’s selections defy expectation, I like to give them airtime.

Springfield's Working Class Dog was a very good pop-rock LP. Smart cat!
As an old record store junkie I also really dig the What's in My Bag youtube vids.
