The first in a series of "build your ultimate rig" threads...

Here are the rules:

  • Put together your ultimate Blues rig as if money were no object.
  • Put together your ultimate budget Blues rig.
Let me clarify...these can be versatile Blues rigs that can do Texas, Chicago, Deep South Blues, etc., or they can be specific to your style. I wanna know what you would like to play through if you had to build a rig today to go gig tonight (either with an unlimited wallet or on a budget). Go nuts!

Let 'er rip fellas!

Bumpus...

Well, for free the first thing I'd do is read one of the many "best amp for blues" threads we've had...
I already did that. I want to know what individuals would build for themselves under the conditions I stated above. I understand the whole "I'd use a B15N...noone uses a B15N 'cause they're not loud enough, use an SVT argument" and how things vary from style and personal preference...I want to see what people's personal preferences are.
